#3 Palm Bay vs #9 Titusville Palm Bay is currently 3-1 and 1-0 in the District. The Pirates are coming off a dominating performance against Melbourne 42-0. The Pirate offense is clicking having scored 40 or more points in the last three games. Sr RB Brian Lankford-Johnson who is 6’1 190lbs continues to impress with his running style of power and speed. Sr ATH Dez Arthur has the potential for a big night against the Titusville defense which will be focused on stopping the run. DB Javonn Roberson who leads the county with 4 INTs will lead a secondary that covers well and really gets after the ball. Titusville comes in 2-3 Overall and 1-0 in the District will need a outstanding game from the Titusville Offensive Line and QB Yusuf DeReese. Titusville will have to also take care of the Football after giving up 9 turnovers last week. Pirates just has to much going against the struggling Terriers as they rout Titusville. #8 Space Coast vs #10 Rockledge Last time these teams played was in 2012 with Rockledge winning 28-14. With Space Coast moving up to 5A this game has a lot on line with future playoff implications. Both teams come in 0-1 in the District and could really keep their Playoff hopes alive with a win. Space Coast nearly pulled the upset of the year in the District falling to Merritt Island 17-24. The Vipers will look for (Sr QB) Bradley Cantrell, who has thrown for 419 yards and 3TDs, to connect with (Jr WR) Jason Browning who will create matchup problems for the Raider secondary. Raiders will keep the game close but Space Coast pulls it out in the end. Prediction: Space Coast 24 Rockledge 21 FINAL OVERTIME: SC 29 Rock 28
