In his second year at the helm, Coach Scottie Littles has propelled the Booker Tornadoes to within striking distance of the Class 2S State Championship. Their upcoming challenge is formidable as they go head-to-head with defending champions Cocoa, led by Head Coach Ryan Schneider, who boasts a solid front seven on defense and a dynamic offense with nine returning players. Anticipate a high-scoring showdown, and the victor will advance to the State Championship, slated for December 8th at FAMU.
PLAYOFF RUN:#1 COCOA defeated Eustis 54-7, Dunnellon 35-0, and #2 South Sumter 34-14 in the Region 3 Championship. #4 BOOKER defeated Fort Meade 33-17, Lemon Bay14-0, and upset #1 Bishop Verot 38-32 in the Region 4 Championship.
